I have a Mitsubishi TV screen (TV -W70D), motorised tilt/open and close, however this can also turn left and right a part way manually. comes with a remote control although not used for some time since I sold my FTO a few years back.
This item is very rare, I doubt you wont find another. will throw in a Pyle DVD player and associated wires/remote to connect to the screen.
The screen has a built in centre speaker and is motorised opening and closing, but side to side and tilt up and down is manual.
The unit is single din in size.
The remote is in Japanese so not sure that the buttons translate to, but all was working before i sold the car
